Hello, dear weird, funky, creative, smart and wonderful person. In the last few weeks I’ve been working behind the scenes on the next steps for this book. But sometimes, before you can go forward, you have to go back.
Due to a laptop issue, I lost my base Excel file with all the counted characters. So I started over in google sheets, as not to lose my progress. If anyone is interested: you can find all calculations in this file. It is a work in progress, with many (many!) mistakes. But if you have suggestions, please feel free to contact me.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the nature of language and communications lately. So you can expect a few posts soon.
And with that work on the excel file, it is putting the collection of letters in perspective. Right now, I have 1080 letters collected… but I need about 1.555.568, not counting all the erros I still have.
I’m making a new version of the book. Just a better version of the original one with a little more accuracy on the letter count. It will be made in OpenOffice instead of MS Word. So I will still need to figure out the pages and numbering situation.
